Map searching can help you zoom into the specific area you are interested in. You
can view the map in road, aerial or hybrid views. We recommend starting with the
default setting - road.
- Locate the region or city you would like to search
- Hold the left mouse button down and drag a box over the area you are looking in. The map will zoom into that area.
- Continue zoomed down to your specific area and you will see properties appear. You will notice the number of listings
change in real time as you zoom down.
- If necessary you can select detailed search criteria found on the right side of the map. Simply click the boxes or fill
in your values. Search results will appear in real time.
- Mouse over the properties and click on the ones you are interested in - a thumbnail detail will pop up which you can then
click for a detailed property summary. To return to your map click on Back To Results.
- You can always reset your results by clicking reset results at the bottom right of the page.
Polygon Search
Once you have zoomed down to your specific area you can improve your search results by using the Polygon Search Tool.
You may want different borders than a box and Polygon enables you to set your own geographic boundaries.
- Click Draw Polygon at the top of the map.
- a starting point for your boundary and left mouse click. Move your mouse to the next boundary point and left
mouse click again to draw a line. Continue until you have re-connected with your starting point. Left click
your starting point and your new Polygon will display only the listings available within your boundaries.
You can create a Polygon that exactly matches the area you are searching in.
- Mouse over the properties and click on the ones you are interested in - a thumbnail detail will pop up which
you can then click for a detailed property summary.
